Legal E-Billing Specialist!

One of our top law firm clients is looking for a full-time E-Billing Specialist to join their team. In this role, you’ll ensure the timely and successful electronic transmission of all invoices while maintaining ongoing communication with billing attorneys and legal administrative assistants. You’ll also assist with other accounting functions in accordance with the firm’s established policies and procedures. 

Requirements:

• Prior e-billing experience in a law firm

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

• Communicates effectively with attorneys and staff

• Works well independently and in a team setting

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) Salary: $82,000–$92,000/year (Exempt)
