Family Law Paralegal - Northern VA!

Are you a family law paralegal? You must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented.  You must be self-motivated and be willing to help with projects throughout each day in both practice areas as each day demands. This is a great opportunity for an experienced paralegal or legal assistant who is looking for the opportunity to work with a team that values his/her contributions and is looking for a firm within which there is room to grow.

Specific duties include interacting with clients and others on the telephone and in person; maintaining and organizing client files; managing case deadlines and attorneys’ calendars; drafting pleadings; organizing and drafting large amounts of discovery; and generally supporting attorneys with daily tasks, including motion and trial preparation. This position requires physical presence at the office initially but may allow for hybrid office/home telework options.
