• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent litigation experience; paralegal certification preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, with strong case management & trial experience.

• 3-5 years of IP litigation and appellate court experience.

• Experience with Relativity and other litigation software required.

• Team player, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability work under pressure, and self-starter personality!

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent litigation experience; paralegal certification preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of extensive litigation experience, IP experience preferred.

• Previous trial and case management required.

• Strong experience with cite checking (legal motions and memoranda).

• Experience with Summation and Concordance and other litigation software required.

• Strong legal research using Lexis, Westlaw, CLEAR, etc.

• Minimum 5 years of litigation legal assistant experience (including IP litigation) with strong knowledge of case management including trial experience.

• Litigation software, including Relativity, required.
