Business Immigration Paralegal!

Are you an immigration paralegal? Would you like to work for a top national firm? One of our mid-sized law firm clients is looking for an Immigration Paralegal to join their DC office. You would work directly with attorneys.

In this role you would be responsible to:

Create drafts, perform revisions, prepare detailed forms, documents, letters, exhibits, and other related materials as needed for primarily employment-based immigration processes.
Communicate with clients and employees by e-mail, telephone, and through our case management system.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of in-depth business/employment immigration experience.
Specific experience with preparing PERM Labor Certifications, H-1Bs, and L-1s.
Bachelor's degree required.
Excellent organizational, communications (oral & written), and analytical skills required.
Experience with immigration case management systems preferred.
