Billing Specialist!

Are you a junior-level professional with strong attention to detail and accounts receivable experience? Are you intrigued by the idea of transitioning to a role providing direct client and attorney contact, and the opportunity to work in a collegial, yet fast-paced, work environment? If so, R&W Group has the perfect opportunity for you: we are currently staffing a role for a Junior Billing Analyst with one of our favorite law firm clients, with offices located in the Northern Virginia and DC Metro Areas.

In this role, you will assemble and process pre-bills; research and respond to attorney requests for client budgeting, reporting, and projects; and pitch in with end-of-month close out work.

You should have at least 1-2 years of professional services billing/AR experience, with special consideration being shown to candidates possessing a four-year degree with strong academic credentials. Candidates should have excellent Microsoft Excel skill sets, as well as exposure to accounts receivable/billing software. Key to this role are a strong sense of customer service and attention to detail, the ability to juggle a large workload and changing priorities within the workday, and excellent communication and organization skill sets.
