Are you a career IP Litigation Paralegal seeking a career transition to a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented patent firm? R&W Group has a rarely available opportunity for a Senior Level IP Litigation Paralegal with one of our favorite clients, a patent law firm located in the DC Metro Area.

In this position, you will be responsible for working with outsourced vendors on document collection, preparing court filings, maintaining specialized case files, preparing materials for discovery and trial sessions, and attending trials with attorneys of the firm to provide on-site support services.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess 4-6 years of excellent IP Litigation knowledge and experience, and have had extensive exposure to PTAB and IPR trial work. Qualified candidates must also possess excellent technical software expertise in litigation calendaring suites such as Compulaw, and superior research skillsets utilizing databases such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
