This includes implementing effective processes for tracking/updating contacts and activities and communicating these to firm users, overseeing data quality and maintenance, issue-spotting/troubleshooting, analytics, and working with the firm’s Information Technology Department to enhance the overall utility of InterAction to the firm.
Serve as point person for the firm’s InterAction client relationship management database and Vuture email marketing/event management software.
