Administrative Assistant

Essential Duties:

  • Be physically present at front desk to provide client support.

  • Answer questions and respond to all client and manager feedback.

  • Answer all inbound phone calls for clients, sales, and the organization and greet and direct visitors.

  • Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail for clients.

  • Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office and café supplies.

  • Maintain center social media platforms daily.

  • Manage all client catering requests (including set up and tear down) and vendor relationships in a professional manner.

  • Schedule conference rooms, virtual office usage, catering and equipment

  • Improve quality service by recommending improved processes; identify new product and service applications.

  • Other job duties as assigned.


  • Four year degree from an accredited university

  • Customer service and/or receptionist experience
