Recruiter/ Business Development Specialist!

This is a great opportunity to join a growing and successful staffing, placement and consulting agency! R&W Group is looking for a junior Recruiter/ Business Development Specialist to join our team. You must have drive, energy, and some experience in business development and staffing/ recruiting/ HR. You will be focused on business development and recruiting for contractors in all of our lines of business: legal, accounting/finance, administrative and IT professionals.

Our clients include law firms, companies (start up through Fortune 100) and non-profit organizations. We have an amazing team and a great working environment. You are able to work from home most of the time. (Fully remote during COVID.) 4-year college degree is required, with 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a corporate HR/ Recruiting/ Marketing/ BD or PR role. A background working with a staffing agency is preferred but not required.
