Technical Support Specialist!

R&W Group is staffing a role for a Junior Technical Support Specialist with one of our favorite law firm clients, centrally located in Washington, DC.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to track customer reports of hardware and software issues; assist with AV/IT installation and configuration; monitor a wide variety of conference room and offsite IT systems; and handle miscellaneous IT projects/reporting as required by department management.
In order to qualify for this role, you must have 1-2+ years of professional services help desk exposure, with definite preference being shown to candidates with prior law firm experience. You also must possess excellent technical skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a process-and-customer service-driven perspective when it comes to fulfilling daily job responsibilities.
