Be physically present at front desk to provide client support.
Answer questions and respond to all client and manager feedback.
Answer all inbound phone calls for clients, sales, and the organization and greet and direct visitors.
Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail for clients.
Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office and café supplies.
Maintain center social media platforms daily.
Manage all client catering requests (including set up and tear down) and vendor relationships in a professional manner.
Schedule conference rooms, virtual office usage, catering and equipment
Improve quality service by recommending improved processes; identify new product and service applications.
Other job duties as assigned.
