One of our favorite law firm clients in the DC Metro Area is seeking an HR Specialist to provide support to their busy and growing HR department. This role will report directly to the Director of Human Resources for the firm, and will focus on HRIS management and report running, overflow work assistance in support of the firm’s Benefits function, social event coordination and planning, and a host of additional HR administrative functions (including new hire orientation and evaluation coordination).
The successful candidate will possess their four-year college degree, as well as 1-5 years of relevant HR admin experience in a professional services and/or law firm setting, with special consideration being show to candidates with excellent tenure, and a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The firm is also seeking candidates with excellent technical skill sets, including proficiency within Microsoft Excel, and exposure to HRIS/ATS systems.
