Contract Employees
Employees working on an assignment for Rhodes & Weinstock are paid once a week, on Fridays. Employees may elect to receive a live paycheck, a debit card or have immediate access to Direct Deposit. At Rhodes & Weinstock, loyalty pays off! We offer paid vacation days, paid government holidays, and access to health insurance to long term contract employees.
Refer a Friend Program
Know someone with great Legal, Administrative, Accounting & Finance, or IT experience who’s looking for a job? You can feel confident referring them to Rhodes & Weinstock. We treat candidates the way we would like to be treated and we pay generous referral bonuses for successful referrals. If you refer a candidate to R&W who is not already registered with us, and we place them in a long term temporary or permanent position, we will pay you a $250 referral bonus!
*Bonuses for direct hires are paid after the referred candidate has been on active payroll for 90 days. Bonuses for temporary placements are paid after the referred employee has worked 200 hours. R&W reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine if a referral bonus is due and to whom
