Prior to starting her own company, Paige spent over 15 years in staffing, human resources, and law firm management. She entered the staffing industry in Washington, DC in 1990. Throughout her career, she gained an intricate knowledge of the temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement services. In addition to her staffing industry experience, Paige also spent several years in human resources, and as an HR Manager at two large law firms in the DC Metropolitan area. The combination of in-house and outplacement recruiting experience gives her a unique understanding of the hiring needs and concerns of her clients – both large and small. Paige prides herself on developing long term relationships with her candidates and clients. She believes superior customer service and honesty are the cornerstones of a successful business relationship. Paige is a member of the American Staffing Association and the National Association of Women Business Owners. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and a proud Gator!

Jeff is an industry veteran with over a decade of staffing experience. After a successful career practicing law as a litigator in Washington, DC, Jeff joined an international staffing company and was quickly promoted to Managing Director of the DC legal placement office. During his 6+ years serving in that capacity, he grew the office from $3.5 million in annual revenue to nearly $25 million. Jeff has also worked as a senior executive with several national and regional staffing agencies, where he gained experience fulfilling personnel needs in the areas of Office Administration, Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology. A graduate of Vassar College and the Boston University School of Law, Jeff’s knowledge, vision and honesty have made him one of the most well respected professionals in the greater Washington, DC area. Jeff is also a successful consultant and recognized speaker on the topics of time management, effective communication, and professionalism. Jeff has presented seminars to law firms, corporations and associations across the country to help them maximize their employees’ potential.
